My study plan

I am currently in grade 11, so I first intend to complete my schooling career, thereafter I want to either study Marketing and Insurance or Law as I enjoy working in an office with books etc.
These are two interviews of people who are working in similar fields:
Interview 1:
Marketing and Insurance broker

What the possible applicants had to study to qualify for this job:
• Maths
• Stats
• Accounting
• Economics
• Commercial law
• Marketing
• Insurance
• Human resources

Description of this career:
Anything in marketing and insurance field, convince people to take out insurances on their possessions.
What subjects applicant had to do in school to get into varsity:
• Maths
• Science
• Biology
• Accounting

• Afrikaans

Matric SG or HG
Two institutions at which one can study this career:
• Wits
• Rau
Is there any internship for this career, if yes how long and why?
No, there isn’t, however there is vac work

Wits-Ranges from R14000 to 20000
Rau-Ranges from R10000 to 15000
Are there any bursary’s available?
Yes, there are.
How long does it take to complete study?
Approximately 3years + honors year

Appearing in court, representing clients at arbitrations and drafting papers.

• Afrikaans
• Arabic
Level at which these subjects had to be passed:
Matric , decent marks required in languages.

Yes, 2 years articles, in order to be registered as an attorney.

4 years.
The career that would suit me best is an insurance and marketing broker as I enjoy working with figures and statistics, and it is therefore my dream to enter into the business field, also I am quite experienced in persuading people and would therefore be able to persuade people in to taking out insurances etc.
Where do I plan on getting money from to study further:
• From my parents.
• Find a part-time job.
How long would it take me to study?
• Approximately 4years, with honours.
