When we were told that we were going to have to teach the grade 9’s a poetry lesson, I was extremely excited as my class was going to teach, and how cool is that! We then had to choose teachers to prepare and conduct the lesson and surprisingly I was chosen as a teacher .
AS A TAECHER:
Preparing the lesson was abit challenging but it went well with the inputs and help of the other teachers. My part of conducting the lesson was quite simple as I just had to record the poem in a native accent and choose a few of the grade 9’s to record it as well. This again was another wonderful experience that helped me come out of my shell.

FILM STUDY
When we were told that we were going to do film study this term, I was like oh no!! this is going to be soo boring, but I was wrong, I really enjoyed the study of The Kingdom Of Heaven. It had matured me even further and I realized that there is so much more to a movie then just watching it. It was an excellent experience.
